Northwest Equities Investment Real Estate Services, Inc., a boutique commercial investment brokerage firm was originally founded by Bill Younce, CCIM, in 1996. In 2004, Craig Johnson, CCIM, joined the firm and the two collaborated together until Bill retired in early 2018. Craig is now the sole owner and Principal Broker.
